Need to find a home for "HAPPY"! Happy is a Shih Tzu mix. She is a senior dog (12+ years) with a sweet disposition. The owner went into a nursing home and I am trying to find a home for her. She is blind in one eye and has arthritis, but she still gets around good. She is very calm and does not bark. She needs a loving home with not too much activity.
