Maintenance Assistant at 5 story apartment building for the elderly and disabled. No previous experience is necessary. The job can be full or part time with flexible hours. This position is under the direct supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor. Main duties include routine maintenance in occupied apartments and the building in general. This is not a high stress environment. All applicants must maintain a professional and courteous manner with residents, visitors, contractors and fellow employees. Must have the ability to follow oral and written instructions and be able to maintain effective and cooperative working relationships. All applicants must be dependable, reliable individual and agree to criminal background check.
