Snow shovel, snow blower workers needed. Do you have transportation to get to work in 8" of snow? We will pay $20-$25 per hour cash. If you make it through the work period with no disruptions to the working crew. We will pay $25/hr Any breaks, cell phone junkies, unfit for the work, anything to slow down production you get paid $20/hr, and possibly go home. Big storms, big storms, we put you up in a nice hotel with others so that we all start together. storms up to 6-8" between 8-10hrs of work. if we get done in less than 10hrs. i will still pay the 10hrs. you must be a part of the team and put in just the same effort as everyone else. Big storms straight hours, 10-15" storms should take 10-12 hrs. real big storms should take 12-15hrs. we are a hard working team of six men servicing residential homes in Bridgewater. All close work, traveling is minimum. If you are exceptional type of worker and stand out above all, we may pay you more for your hard work. That means remembering the route and houses we service when you work for us through the winter storms. Proper clothing is a must, snow boots, pants that are snow resistant(snow pants) not jeans. Dress in layers, bring one gallon of water, not little bottles. bring food, light power bars and such. We will probably buy pizza sometime throughout the work period. Still bring healthy snack food. No drugs, Stay home Say you are going to show and you don't make it. You will not be called back.
