Hi I'm looking for some volunteers for a survey and interview on the matter of, Temporary Workers Matter. I have been a professional temp for well over five years and honestly the word "professional" is not seen in the eyes of employers or agencies. In the 1920s the U.S. Department of Labor thrived from temporary secretaries and general laborers for short to long term assignments. Many other opportunities arose across vast industries, keeping the workforce steady. Now that I'm stepping into the role of my own company as an Entrepreneur, I would like to first hand data to see, hear, and fill this crucial need. My mission by the end of 2022 is to offer skilled or willing to become skilled workers opportunities to move about as they see fit. A good fit to a business is not one sided, you matter. Goals like daily shift pick up, no set schedules for those with sporadic lives. Weekly if not daily pay (This is a vision not a given). And the freedom to step into new roles, as many jobs ask for experience but hardly a way to gain that experience for a fair pay. Oh and competive pay. That will be a must. So if you or someone you know is a temporary work or would like the freedom of becoming one, with the benefits of a full time employee; i would love to survey your thoughts on creating this dynamic system that we plan to roll out at the end of 2022 and have you join the first of a breakthrough way to live and earn a living.
