Interplay of Immigration Law and Family Law Cecilia has a diverse background that includes legal education in China, the U.K. and the United States, so she has invaluable insight into many different areas of the law and different legal systems that helps her more readily address her clients' issues. Prior to focusing on family law, Cecilia lead a successful career as an immigration law attorney, and she has helped many individuals and families realize their American dream. She brings this same level of dedication to her current practice, and she has become known as a fierce advocate for her clients both inside and outside of the courtroom. She is handling almost area of family law including but not limited to divorce, child custody and placement, child support, paternity, guardianship, termination of parental rights and adoptions, restraining orders etc. Cecilia is an active member of the State Bar of Wisconsin, the Dane County Bar Association and the New York State Bar Association, among her other professional affiliations.
