At The Garden, they provide the tools you need to build strength, push past plateaus, create balance, boost your energy, and foster mindfulness. All you need is your own body, mind and spirit to get started! The Garden cultivates an environment that helps take away intimidation factors and fear of judgment; always working to inspire, empower, and uplift you throughout your journey. The Garden features signature body wellness and soul-care classes that we’ll get to experience together on January 13. Snacks and refreshments will be provided. Dress in comfortable, activewear.
