Mr Suresh Gursahaney founded MicroAutomation in 1991 and serves as the President and CEO. Under his leadership, MicroAutomation has become an industry leader in providing contact center and 9-1-1 solutions to the private and public sectors.
Suresh has been involved in E-911 and NG9-1-1 technology solutions for the past 20 years and is actively involved in defining NG9-1-1 standards with NENA. Suresh participates and is a contributor to 4 NENA Working Groups tasked with defining the i3 standards.
Prior to this entrepreneurial move, Suresh spent more than a decade with IBM's Federal Systems and Application Solutions divisions. There, he honed his program management and software development skills while working on call center products, real-time control systems for an international broadcasting company, and software configuration management applications.
Suresh received his bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from Duke University and earned an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University. Suresh has also completed Minority Business Executive programs at Dartmouth University and the University of Richmond.
