Wonderful Woodwinds Program to be announced. IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT THIS EVENT Concert attendees are required to wear a mask when entering and exiting the church building. Given the level of transmission in New Castle County, we are strongly encouraging everyone – including those who are fully vaccinated – to wear masks at all times while in the building, in accordance with current CDC guidance. Free parking is available in Westminster’s parking lot at the corner of Rodney Street and West 13th Street. The church building is ADA compliant.
