We are the most complete promotional printer in our area and over the last 15 years have become a leading company! We are currently looking to add team members to our Screen Printing Department. We are currently seeking a qualified Production Assistant / Helper This is an entry level opportunity with experience preferred, but not required. This position is a golden opportunity for the right candidate who is looking to get their foot in the door with a rapidly growing company who is willing to train from the ground up and offer future opportunity for advancement and promotion within our company. We are seeking someone who wants to learn a skilled trade and is career/goal oriented. The perfect candidate would be reliable, honest, dependable & detail oriented. The Hourly Rate for this position is $14 hr (or based on experience and overall work ethic) Opportunities for advancement & further compensation are based on performance. Listed below are general requirements and tasks that you will be responsible for taking care of on a daily basis. - Responsible for following detailed and strict Hittn’ Skins job processing protocols - Daily and weekly maintenance, including keeping production area organized & clean at all times - Breaking down and reclaiming screens, squeegees, flood bars, scoops, etc. - Keeping ink storage clean, properly labeled, and organized - Proper screen coating, exposing, and washing out exposed screens - Assisting in press setup including taping screens, getting squeegees, flood bars, and inks for press operators, etc Please reply via email with the same title as the job listing.
