Combining suspension, resistance and functional aerial fitness training for a whole body conditioning. Meet once a week do all 4 weeks to motivate you along January!
This course help you:
• Develop core, arm, and length strength
• Increase flexibility and mobility
• Fine tune your balance, proprioception and agility
• Provides a whole body workout
