I am looking for an "Old Timer" that understands and has worked in construction. I am remodeling my modest mobile home and could use a pair of hands to help me out. Tasks/Jobs are listed below. No particular priority. 1. Installing new flooring, probably laminate and or engineered wood. (Will be floated) Approx. 1000'. I already stripped the floors down to the plywood base, all rooms will be bare of furniture. Simple install but you need to know what you are doing. I supply all the modern equipment to install (12" compound saw, professional table saw) All you need is knowledge and a pair of helping hands. 2. Instaling new kitchen, L-shaped 18' x 10'. I buy boxed cabinets ready to be assembled and installed. 3. New larger hot water heater to be installed. 4. Ceramic tile in the master bathroom, 8x8'. + new vanity to be installed. 5. Plaster and paint the entire home interior and exterior. I supply the airless system, brushes, rollers etc. 6. Minor electric, mainly switches and receptacles. The project is located in a mobile home park in Port Orange. I pay $15. dollars per hour, and I pay at the end of each day $120 dollars in cash. A god solid worker will also receive an end of week bonus, a bad worker I will know within hours of working and will be fired.
