Looking for a reliable, motivated, all around skilled person to maintain A South Maui commercial complex. Someone who can work independently, effectively communicate with people, trustworthy and is dedicated to their work. Experience working with tools, including hand and electrical tools. Responsibilities Included but not limited to the following: • Conducting routine inspections of premises and equipment. • Performing preventative maintenance, cleaning, landscaping. • Handling basic repairs, maintenance & painting. Must have a valid driver’s license, cell phone, have reliable transportation, live in South Kihei, ability to lift and be safety minded.
