Hosted by Sommelier's Mark Stanford and Roland Hermann, the evening will begin with a welcome "amuse bouche" tasting paired with 2013 Roederer Estate "L'Hermitage" Brut hailing from Anderson Valley, California. Following our amuse bouche, we will quickly dive into the rich history of Dominus Estate while tasting through multiple vintages of the proprietary red blend paired delicately with a 5 course chef's tasting menu prepared by Executive Chef Christopher Lotz and Sous Chef Schuyler Houfek. We are honored to bring you award winning vintages beginning with 2006 and progressing through more recent releases, dissecting the nuances the make Dominus such a storied and sought after vinted art form.
