Groundskeeper with light maintenance experience Full-Time person required to maintain our terminal in Brownsville, TX. Responsible person will need to maintain lawn and grounds along with basic maintenance in the buildings. Candidate must have a valid driver’s license. Duties will include: -Maintain lawns. Cut grass, trimming, edging, pruning, hedging, weeding, blowing leaves and debris. Disposing of waste and trimmings. -Ability to repair or replace sprinklers as needed. -Keep parking lots, sidewalks and driveways clean and free from debris. -Light maintenance work when needed will consist of things like painting, changing light bulbs, moving equipment, changing air filters, etc… -Must be able to pass a drug test and background check. Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm
