For over 20 years, the Banff World Tour  has come to Charlottesville to immerse us in the best mountain sport, adventure, and culture short films from around the world. The Shenandoah National Park Trust is proud to bring the Banff Mountain Film Festival World Tour to Charlottesville on Sunday and Monday, March 6th and 7th at the Paramount Theater. Become a Banff Adventurer today! From January 7th -13th you can purchase advance tickets to the Banff Mountain Film Festival in Charlottesville: $75 per ticket for Sunday or Monday night$125 for one Sunday ticket + one Monday ticketYour VIP ticket includes early entry to the theater to secure your seat, acknowledgement in event materials and the good feeling of supporting the Shenandoah National Park Trust! (A portion of each ticket sale is tax-deductible.) FAQs What is the Covid-19 Policy? The Paramount Theater requires proof of vaccination or a negative PCR test within 72 hours of the film. Mask must be worn unless actively eating or drinking. You can read more about the Paramount's policy here. Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event? Your ticket(s) will be available at Will Call the night of the festival. No tickets will be mailed to you prior to the event.  Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn't match the person who attends? Yes, we just need the name of the person(s) who will be picking up the tickets at Will Call. Please include those names when you purchase your tickets. If no name is provided, we will place the ticket at Will Call under the name provided at registration. Is a portion of the ticket price tax deductible? Yes. You will receive a receipt in the mail showing the tax deductible portion of your purchase.  The Shenandoah National Park Trust is the official nonprofit philanthropic partner of Shenandoah National Park.
