He also holds an MBA in Healthcare Administration from the University of Houston. He has owned multiple offices in the Greater Houston area. He presently owns multiple practices in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. Dr. Osborne has also worked for Cigna Healthcare and United Concordia Insurance. He currently is the Director of Sleep and Orthodontics for Smile Source, the largest group for Independent Dentists, and serves on the Expert Review Committee for the Texas State Board of Dental Examiners. He has utilized clear aligner therapy in his practice for well over 20 years and has made this treatment a cornerstone of his offices.
