This 45-minute class will help your child improve their strength, balance, attention and coordination through yoga sequences and games.
This class will be taught by Terra from Village Yoga and Wellness. She is a 200 hour Yoga Alliance Certified teacher and K-12 educator. In addition to practicing yoga the class will learn mindfulness, breathing exercises, and relaxation / visualization techniques. Students should bring a yoga/fitness mat or towel and water bottle.
A complimentary drink is included for parent/guardian to enjoy while your child is in class!
