Join Amanda (Yoga Instructor) and Meagan (Reiki Master and Crystal Sound Bowl practitioner ) as they lead you through a deep practice suitable for all bodies and levels. Themed with the moon cycle and energy that the full moon will bring to each of us on January 17th. Release to renew with the Full Moon. Amanda will guide you through a slow paced, feel good yin/restore yoga class that will perfectly prepare your body for the rest ahead. As you enter your extra long savasana (final resting pose) you will be immersed into the sound of crystal singing bowls. Love in Motion's studio helps to create the ambiance while you relax and release your tension, worries or any other feelings that you may bring with you. Sound Bath/ Sound Healing: The quartz crystal sound bowls that Meagan will use in our practice are tuned to a frequency of 432Hz. This is the same frequency of the natural electromagnetic pulses of the earth; so when you listen to and feel the vibrations from the sound bowls, you become more grounded, balanced, relaxed and peaceful. Your brain literally becomes tuned to the earth’s frequency and your body can release energetic blockages within your chakras, to bring you back to a place of harmony within your mind and body. Being a Reiki Master as well, Meagan enjoys pairing the power of Reiki with all of her sound healing sessions. Reiki is an ancient energy healing practice in which the practitioner channels the universal life force energy and passes it on to their client, aiming to open and balance out the chakras and improve the flow of energy throughout your body. You will leave with your peace and our friends at Witches of Wax are helping us ease into the vibe with our own special candles to take home. * Each ticket includes: a full length yoga class, extra long sound journey and a candle from Witches of Wax to take home.
