Have a good time seeing, meeting and networking with Long Island business leaders while helping raise much needed funds for local charities. $40 pre- paid and $50 at the door Includes one drink and bar fare. Experience the delicious Asian Fusion of Taste of Asia (TOA) in Melville. Combing the essence of Japanese, Chinese, Korean, Thai, Malaysian and Vietnamese cuisines, their experienced chefs are devoted to creating exquisite culinary delights. Boxers participating are: Bart Schiavo, Dan Sapen, Ciara Fiorello Founded in 2003 by Jeff Cohen, Matt Silver and Jamie Austin, the Long Island Fight for Charity, the nation’s only all-volunteer charity boxing event, is one of Long Island’s largest and most anticipated annual charity fundraising networking events. Local men and women from the business and not-for-profit communities square off in a boxing ring for charity each November. Nearly 300 men and women have earned the title of LIFFC Alumni Boxer and over $1 million has been raised for charities, including Long Island Community Chest, Genesis School, National Foundation for Human Potential (FREE) and more. Over 1,200 people attend the event each year and more than 20 local restaurants and beverage companies support this event.
