15-25 hrs per week. Maintain all common areas, court yard, Sidewalk surrounding the complex. Must maintain garbage and take it out for pick up on designated pick up days. Light maintenance when necessary. must be able to respond to emergency calls after hours (will be paid for time). must provide access to vendors.
