As a Reiki Master, I am able to teach Reiki to other people. Join me for my Reiki Training Class teaching Reiki Levels 1 & 2. As a Reiki Master, I am able to teach Reiki to other people. If you've ever been curious about Reiki and have wanted to learn more, I invite you to join my Reiki Training Class where I will be teaching my attendees Reiki Levels 1 and 2. Classes will be held January 29-30 from 8am-4pm each day, and you can attend either in-person or virtually through Zoom. You must pre-register to attend. Reiki is a Japanese technique used for stress reduction and relaxation that promotes natural healing within the body. You can perform Reiki on yourself or on others. It is administered by "laying on hands" and is based on the idea that an unseen "life force energy" flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. If one's "life force energy" is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy. It complements traditional western medicine and establishes balance of body, mind, and spirit. Reiki is an abundant, gentle, spiritually-guided energy that is not tied to any specific religion, nationality, or spiritual development, thus available to everyone.
