Clear your mind with this 60 minute yoga and sound bath experience. Take time and allow your body and relax, recharge and reset your spirit. We will begin with a 20 minute yoga practice followed by a 40 minute sound bath with Tibetan singing bowls.
Sound healing is tradition that is thousands of years old that allows vibrations to flow through your body allowing the return to your natural state of peace and ease.
Please wear comfortable clothing with no buttons or zippers. Make sure to drink water throughout the day in preparation for this session. This class is open to all levels (beginners welcomed). Mats provided. Proof of vaccination required.
