Job Functions: + Execute window and door installations + Provide superior customer satisfaction through professional and courteous communication and treatment of our customers. + Communicate all product and install issues to appropriate parties. + Hours will vary and will be influenced heavily on the wants and needs of our customers. Qualifications: + 3+ years of window & door installation or remodeling experience + Valid driver's license and reliable form of transportation. + History and passion for high quality workmanship + Ability to successfully pass a criminal background check. + Provide references for previously completed work. + Ability to transport windows and doors to job sites and ownership of own tools + Excellent and detail-oriented interior and exterior trim expertise required (e.g. break work, capping, caulking) + Ability to hire sufficient help to execute the installation of windows and doors on a job site + Provide Certificate insurance for Commercial General Liability, Employer's Liability, Automobile Liability, and Statutory Required Worker's Compensation + Strong preference for individual with, or willing to obtain, following licenses/certifications: + EPA LRRP / Lead-Safe Certification
