Join us for an in-person Mini-Retreat of quiet prayer, meditation, Lectio Divina, and artistic expression facilitated by Jacquelyn Darragh. Begin your New Year with a cozy mini retreat filled with healing, hope, and promise. We will gather in quiet with scripture to discern what has been life-draining and what is life-giving. We will be invited to process our prayer through artistic expression (no previous art experience required). We will wrap up our afternoon with the invitation to share our discoveries and our own unique path to living each moment more fully in communion with God. The important thing is always to get back up.” -Pope Francis About Jacquelyn Darragh: Jacquelyn Darragh is a singer/songwriter musicianary. She is a composer of five collections of Christian music. Most of her recorded music was inspired while staff musician at the Houston Cenacle Retreat House. She has served as a retreat leader and music director for numerous churches throughout Houston since 1980. Jacque loves to engage retreants with music, art, storytelling, and prayer to bring refreshment and renewal to retreat-goers. A graduate of the Cenacle SDI in 1996, Jacque holds Master’s degrees in Counseling and Nutrition and is a board-certified Naturopathic Doctor. Married to her best friend and Chiropractor, Thomas; they have two children and five grandchildren.
