Ceremonial Cacao with white light frequency sounds, music instruments, meditation, light body movements, mantra and chanting. Cacao has been one of my supportive, delicate, gentle, wise, strong and loving teacher in 2021. She held me and soothed me like a loving mother, guiding me out of some darkest days into the bright white light. This cacao ceremony I am dedicating to bringing more light and abundance into the first month of this year. We are capable of tapping our inner light as we become more open to receiving what is aligned for us through our hearts. During the ceremony our hearts will be open by the spirit of cacao to tap into the energy forces of love, gratitude, creativity and joy. We will perform light body movements to activate the sacred codes within us to unlock our deepest potential. We will chant mantras to reconnect with the Universal guidance and the abundance of the Cosmic energies. As our bodies and hearts are activated by the frequency of love, we will melt into a boundless meditation with the sounds of white light frequencies. Light fruit and snacks will be served after the ceremony. **How to prepare and what to bring** ● Maintain vegetarian diet the day of the ceremony and avoid eating 2-3 hours prior the event ● Avoid alcohol at least 24 hours prior ceremony ● Avoid caffeine/stimulants as much as possible that day ● Dress comfortably in white or neutral tones ● Bring water, pillow and anything you’d like to place on the altar to charge with healing energy
