Groundman's FT - Telecommunications CAVCOMM, LLC is a full service telecommunications cable installation company specializing in Fiber Optics. With over 30 years of combined experience capable of installation, termination, and testing fiber optic, copper and coaxial cables for both ISP and OSP applications. Responsibilities: • Work as a part of an overhead telecom crew. • Load, unload, layout and prep tools/supplies/equipment/materials needed at each job site. • Assist as required in all manual labor aspects of the project as directed by the Lineman, Foreman, or Supervisor. • Handle physically demanding construction duties. Requirements & Qualifications: Valid CDL is REQUIRED • Must be able to follow instructions and have good communication skills • Must be able to stoop, kneel, crouch, dig, and reach. • Must be able to climb ladders. • Must be able to travel. • Must be able to perform strenuous physical labor under all types of conditions • Valid Driver's license required with clean driving record for the last 3 years. • Basic tools required could be climbing tools (Belt and Gaffs), basic hand tools etc. • Must be committed to working safely Schedule • 8-hour shift • 10-hour shift • Overtime Benefits • Health insurance • Paid time off • Dental insurance • 401(k) • Vision insurance • 401(k) matching Pay is Competitive BOE-with Bonus Pay Drug test and background check will be required Interested candidates please call HR at 203-678-0076 Ext 218 or send resume to [email protected]
