After the Holidays Get Together

Lets get together, now that the holidays are over. Come see familiar faces and meet new ones. #networking I have missed so many of my model and fashion industry friends and acquaintances that, as I recently acquired a 2,000 square foot office/studio for pcwImages, it had to be one of the first orders of my business to host a FREE get-together for as many of us as possible. So I came up with the idea of having a get-together and almost had it before I was even finished with the renovations ... I am still not completely finished (lol) but I will be by the time of this get-together. When I originally came up with this idea, I intended to do a tremendous amount of in terms of food, drinks, austetics, etc... Then some COVID-19 realities hit ... Understandably, not everyone is comfortable right now with traveling, being around other people, etc... and I wouldnt want people going through the time and expense of coming from around the country, expecting to see and meet people that arent gonna be here, and being stuck hanging out with just me and whatever; so I decided to significantly tone down my original intentions and, in the interest of managing expectations, I want everyone to know that it will be a relatively simple get-together with "us" and some light food and "refreshments" (some suggestions made in advance might be accepted lol), music and photos. From conversations with several people, I expect people coming from various areas of the country and I am genuinely excited about it. However and in order to ensure that I have an accurate headcount before I make food and drink purchases and orders, I absolutely MUST have each and every person who is coming RSVP by ordering their FREE ticket ASAP ... giving me their name and email address. (ANYONE who has not RSVP'd will not be allowed in.) There is also another reason for this ... the not so fun business end ... I am required to send each person a copy of a COVID-19 Liability Release Waiver and have it signed before allowing the person into the building. (Blank copies will be available at the door). With that being said, lets goooooo ... order those tickets ASAP ... space is limited.
