Hatha- slow flow Yin class- limited poses held for long periods of time Restorative- slow with props Props- using props for the entirety of practice Pregnancy or post natal yoga Menstrual cycle classes- for that specific time of the month Kids- body awareness practices Meditation packages available; daily, monthly and yearly subscriptions available! 1:1, groups- big or small, virtual or in person (NYC-all boroughs)
