FREE Networking for all sectors of the community to learn about Mental Health! (80 capacity // Masks required) Every January, we invite a Business Consultant to get us thinking about planning for the new year in our respective sectors. While mental health is our mission, we believe each of us can go farther by taking time to assess and grow our leadership skills. I'm excited to announce our 2022 Focus. This RoundTable will begin the long-awaited discussion among our stakeholders about our communities strengths and challenges. Liz Hehman, Founder and Lead Consultant at HLDG , will present on the strategies to get us there. Rebecca Parks, Business Development Coordinator for Riverside Behavioral Medicine will help facilitate the discussion. WE NEED YOU HERE TO PARTICIPATE!!! Our January Presentation: "WHERE-->HOW: Know Your Organization's Position BEFORE Strategic Planning." Liz Hehman, founder and lead consultant at HLDG, has over 15 years of experience in personal and professional development training. She earned her MBA in Strategic Leadership at Olivet Nazarene University and is certified in GiANT’s100X program and is a 5 Voices Guide. Using simple, powerful, and memorable tools, Liz will guide you to recognize your natural leadership voice, potential barriers to influence, and pathway to high performance and impact as a leader. Rebecca Parks, is the Business Development Coordinator for Riverside Behavioral Medicine. She has over 9 years of macro-level social work experience working within child welfare, adoption, anti-human trafficking, parent-child programming and healthcare based mental health. She earned her Bachelors of Social Work from Olivet Nazarene University. She works to connect organizations and community members to the best care and collaborate with organizations developing needed resources. ////In addition to learning about mental health, MHN's monthly RoundTable is a great place to make new connections in the community.
