We are Lifetime Windows and Doors, a residential exterior renovation company serving Central Oregon, for over 24 years. We need hard working and experienced full time employees immediately to help take care of our customer's homes! We are currently expanding our team of installation technicians to primarily replace Windows and Doors, but we also do skylights, roofing and siding. The work is labor intensive. It will require: - moving and climbing on ladders - being on roofs and planks - the use of power tools - the use of basic math to measure and make deductions - an understanding of cleanliness and the ability to clean up a job site - consistency and showing up every day on time - friendly and professional demeanor when dealing with clients Lead Installer, and Entry level positions are available, with plenty room to grow! If you don't have experience, then we can train you and teach you everything you need to know. We will train you to become an expert installation technician. Most of our work is in the Greater Bend Area, from Madras to La Pine. We are looking for a self-motivated, hard working technicians; someone who appreciates details and gets the job done right. Also someone who is organized and treats their team members, customers, and equipment with the utmost respect. You must be comfortable with heights and comfortable on ladders. New technicians are welcome and will start between $19-23/hr. Experience lead technicians that can demonstrate their skill will start at $24-30/hr + production and positive review bonuses.
