10 month old puppy-dog small mix breed

Part Chihuahua mix breed. Had for a short time my 2 year old and him don't get along. So need to re home. Has kennel. Travel bag. Leash. Food. Treats. Toys. Harness. Clothes and coats. Boy. People lover. Gets along with kids mostly. But mine keeps pulling on his legs and tail and I'm scared he's going to hurt him. Text or email for more info and re home fee. Previous owner says he had shots but I have no documentation. Not fixed.
