BUSINESS IS BOOMING AGAIN!! Lundgren Subaru of Bennington looking for experienced Service Advisors. We are a family owned and operated dealership. We are in need of a TOP PRODUCER. We offer a competitive pay plan that will reward top performers in both sales and CSE/CSI. RESPONSIBILITIES: · Greeting customers promptly · Obtaining customer and vehicle information · Clearly reporting all vehicle symptoms as described by the customer · Determining and recommending needed maintenance base on age, mileage/vehicle history · Prepare a complete and accurate estimate of cost for labor and parts · Establish follow up time and set expectations · Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day, and updating customers frequently · Verifying that the final invoice reconciles with the work performed on the repair order · Explaining all completed work, charges, recommendations to customers on active delivery REQUIREMENTS: · Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment · 2+ years’ experience preferred · Experience with CDK/ADP is a plus · Positive attitude and team mentality · Extremely resilient and maintains composure when interacting with customers · Exceptional customer service skills is a MUST · Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to customers · Valid driver’s license/Clean background check Must be CSE/CSI focused!!!!'
