Join us for hARTistic Healing, sound bath meditation, breathing techniques and our talking circle. Join me as I guide you through a journey of opening your heart and your mind with hARTistic Healing. This is an intuitive based art and meditation. Followed up with a peaceful sound bath meditation. Then we end it with refreshments and light snacks. Our office is located on the second floor, Suite 25D. Please wear your mask. I created this event to share my passion with others!  I believe that everyone has the ability to be artistic and create. I want this event to allow you to tap into the depths of your imagination and bring your vision to life. Ultimately, I want this relax, stress free enviroment to allow you to have fun and be creative!
