We are seeking a property preservation crew member that is interested in long term employment with advancement opportunities, but to start ASAP. Please email for more information. No experience necessary but must have basic home repair or construction skills. We are a family owned business and a close knit group. We are seeking someone a team player and someone who wants to grow their career as our company grows. General Information and Requirements: Starting Pay: $600-700/week (Paid weekly) working 5 days/week Must have Valid DL and reliable transportation to and from work Abilities: Lock Changes, Siding, Basic/Simple Roofing, Basic plumbing, Lawn and Basic Maintenance, hard worker and good work ethic Some overnight travel required (normally 1-2 nights/month) Daily travel throughout several areas on Indiana (though mostly Central Indiana) Must be punctual, trustworthy, and hard working Must be able to lift 75 lbs. Must be able to pass background check 60 day probation period Advancement Opportunities: First 90 days in field serves as training and orientation. Manage own crew after 180 days (responsibility increase, and pay increase) handyman, repairs, construction, preservation
