ServiceMaster Cleaning and Restoration by Diversity is looking for and entry level Content/Structure Cleaner team members. We provide emergency restoration and disaster recovery services to customers following catastrophes in their homes and businesses. Helping people get through very trying times. Position Overview: A successful Content/Structure Cleaner monitors, inspects and completes tasks for restoration jobs to ensure completion of drying, demolition, pack-out of contents and various fire restoration activities. The Technician prepares and reviews documentation to include notes, photos and documents according to company policies and procedures to ensure reimbursement from insurance companies, as well as explains processes used to complete active jobs and next steps to resolution in person to customers. Job Responsibilities: • Clean commercial and residential facilities following water or fire damage • Carefully pack items for removal, storage, and restoration • Assure packed items are properly accounted for, logged and scanned • Clean, launder Customer's personal items, clean, stock and supply designated facility areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning etc) • Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities • Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects • Perform work in a timely and efficient manner • Maintain a clean and safe work environment Benefits Include: • Holiday Pay • PTO (Paid Time Off) • Health, Vision, Dental Ins • 401K • Sign on Bonus after completing 90days of employment
