Researchers at the Miriam Hospital Weight Control and Diabetes Research Center are seeking people who want to become more physically active for a research study. You may be eligible if you are: - Between ages 18 and 60 years - Consider yourself to be overweight or have been told by a medical professional that you are overweight (BMI 25-40 kg/m2) - Would like to become more physically active This is a 14-day research study. All participants will be randomly assigned to receive one of two different 90-minute programs before completing a 30-minute treadmill session in the laboratory. After the laboratory session, all participants will receive a two-week exercise program. During this time participants will wear a device on their wrist to monitor activity and will be asked to answer daily prompts on their smartphone about their exercise plans and experience.
