The Business EXPO is open to organizations who have either full-time and/or internship opportunities available for Business students only. This event is limited to 100 tables so purchase your table before we sell out. Payment by checks are due by February 15. We are not able to change payment method after registration. Please select your preferred payment method when purchasing your table. MEET, RECRUIT, HIRE Undergraduate, graduate, and alumni Moore School of Business students! Please note to review ALL information: location, purchasing a table, time of arrival/departure, parking, lunch, next day interviews. Registrants: those who register will receive all details. Share with your reps! PURCHASE, REVIEW, ATTEND Purchase your table (pricing is $675 per table or $875 per table based on location - pricing is not based on reps - only 4 reps per table). Purchase by credit card preferred. Check payments are due by February 15. We are not able to change your payment method after registration. • Purchase table through Eventbrite then go to Handshake and register there: https://app.joinhandshake.com/career_fairs/28642/employer_preview • As a bonus in purchasing a table, you’ll be featured on digital signage around the Moore School building, and in social media campaigns – share you are registered with us on LinkedIn! • Make sure to select and purchase your table through Eventbrite. CHOOSE your spot! Payments are made here. Payments are not accepted through Handshake for this event. Next Day Interview Booths ~ to keep our costs down, we kindly ask cancellations are received by February 15. We will only order based on your Eventbrite registration. • To schedule interviews for the following day request through Handshake. Deadline to cancel is February 15. • Please reserve your interviews in this manner: o Request through your Eventbrite registration o Request through Handshake so we may check in your students. • Handshake Instructions go to: https://app.joinhandshake.com o Go to the Menu o Select Interviews o Select Request Interview Schedule o Complete all the fields required o Choose the schedule type as Rooms Only • Interviews may occur 8:30am-4:00pm – our vendor will remove the booths beginning at 4:30pm. • Check-in no earlier than 8:00am. Please create your schedule during these approved hours and communicate directly with the students their interview time and share the location at the Convention Center. Please note the Exhibit Hall doors will not open until 8:00am. • Lunch: interview day there will be limited food options available. There are many restaurants in walking distance that you may discover here: https://www.experiencecolumbiasc.com/restaurants/ o Prices are reasonable. If you have questions, please stop by the check-in table for suggestions. Payment information: • Registration deadline and payment due date (Register in Handshake AND Eventbrite): February 15 • Cancellation in writing: February 15 • Shipments (send only to the PRX address below) to be received by: February 15 Cancellation policy: Should you and/or your organization need to cancel, we must receive your request in writing to [email protected] no later than February 15. Due to expenses incurred, no refunds will be issued if requested after February 15 or after EXPO. Exhibit Parameters: All exhibits must be limited to the size of the 8' table, all companies will be provided one 8' skirted table, 2 chairs, reserved parking in the open lot open during the event and lunch. If you are registering with more than 4 reps, we kindly ask you purchase an additional table. No vehicles, animals or balloons are allowed at the EXPO. All items for your display must be able to fit onto or behind your table. Tables may not be taken down to allow for bigger displays. This will ensure that all employers have adequate and fair space and students can navigate the EXPO in an efficient and safe manner. EVENT DETAILS: • Location: Columbia Metropolitan Convention Center, 1101 Lincoln Street, Columbia, SC 29201 • Check-in time: Check-in begins at 8:30 a.m. • Parking: Free parking is available only in the open lot next to the Convention Center. We do not have passes for garages or other areas. Due to limited spaces, we highly encourage carpooling. Please do not park in areas noted for other buildings as this may result in a ticket or towing. • Lunch: To maximize your time with our students, lunch will be available between 11:30a.m. and 1:30 p.m. Please see the signs in the pre-function check in area to guide you to the location. All companies are responsible for contacting their appropriate carrier and arranging pick up at the address above. PRX will arrive late afternoon to answer your questions. They handle all shipping.
