Four Course Winter Farm to Table Dining with Wine Pairing Join us for an evening of food and wine as Chef Trudy (executive chef of Indigenous Underground) presents a four course farm to table winter cuisine paired with wines that compliments the season. All selected by wine aficionado Annemarie Humm of Vine to Wine Academy. Watch Chef prepare a food course in front of your eyes and learn about the vineyard sites and wines from around the world during this months series of Indigenous Food Travels. Each participant will indulge in a four course meal paired with four selected wines.
