The inaugural Tuscarora Creek Duck Derby begins at 2:50 p.m., of course! The first-ever derby is being held in collaboration with the General Adam Stephen Memorial Association, City of Martinsburg and Main Street Martinsburg. Location: 300 block of East John Street, Martinsburg – Adam Stephen House - Oak Street Park.
