Synchronized Weaving on 3 large bamboo garden looms! Sit down at a spinning wheel and try it! Celebrate with Weavers of Char-Lee on Roc Day! Roc Day is celebrated worldwide after Christmas as Spinners and Weavers bring out their tools & materials to resume their craft. Creative work is put away for the holidays and brought out again with this celebration in January. Participate in Susan Hedge's Community Weaving project on large handmade bamboo garden looms. Weavers and Spinners will be set up at the entrance of the Alliance for the Arts. The Green Market will also be open! Weavers and Spinners are activiely involved with TURF WARS activities, November 2019. Weavers of Char-Lee is a local Fiber Art Guild encouraging WEAVING, SPINNING and the FIBER ARTS sharing knowledge, expertise, enthusiasm and camaraderie. All are welcome; no experience necessary. We hold free hands-on demonstrations at Art Fest Fort Myers, Alliance for the Arts,  Frontier Festival and Nature Festival, Punta Gorda. Monthly meetings at the COLLABORATORY,2031 Jackson St. Ft. Myers, 33901  October 24, 2019, November 14, 2019, then the 3rd Tuesday of each month, 10am
