Reclaim family night with no phones or TV at this Winter Watercolor workshop! Your family will love working with this fabulous medium! We will practice with liquid watercolors and then make beautiful bookmarks similar to those shown. We'll cover the basics of watercolor painting, including tips and techniques with blending, wax resist, wet on wet, and more. Bring snacks to share with your family, and we'll supply hot drinks (tea, cocoa, cider, coffee) and filtered water. All materials provided! The Salty Owl Studio is located on the second floor of an historic building in Downtown Kalamazoo. This workshop is appropriate for people ages 7 and up.
