Come and join the Town wide fun of Lewistown PA 's First Friday. Please stop by Metaphysics 'A Spirited Space' and many other local Shops January FIRST FRIDAY IN LEWISTOWN AT: Metaphysics ' A Spirited Space' We are happy to announce that Metaphysics’ A Spirited Space’ will be doing our Area Famous Adult Zen Coloring at our Shop all first Friday. We will have the tea kettle on, so bring your favorite tea or try one of ours. So come on down to do a little coloring, a little sippin, and slip into the relaxing world of Zen coloring. No Stress, We will provide the materials to color with, the materials to color on, and a relaxing atmosphere, all you need to do is bring yourself for the night. No artistic skills needed. We ask all attendees are 18 and older, as our younger ones often break the calm vibe. Stay for a little while or stay all day, we will be here. What is Zen coloring? Zen coloring is a way to relax and let your mind rest while your hands work. It is sort of the same thing as doodling, however you have no stress of a blank page. You can experiment with colors and textures while you fill in the blanks. The activity of the hands, merges with the background of music to free the mind of the day to day, allowing one to really relax and enjoy the moment. You can let the stress of the day wash away refreshing your mind and spirit. Coloring in a pattern is a lot like completing a paper labyrinth. Except with Zen coloring there is nothing to trap you, there is no required solution. You just wander down the path until you’re done. It feels simultaneously like repetition and progression, which makes this calming and soothing. Come one and all to Lewistown PA and see all the cool sights and sounds of our great town. There will be lots to see and do throughout the whole of the town. At Metaphysics ' A Spirited Space' we are inviting specialists in various topics to bring knowledge and share that knowledge with our clients. Each Month we will have the expert hanging out in the shop discussing their area of knowledge. We will be posting in the Facebook event the details of the upcoming month. WE will additionally have some in store specials and deals on first Friday from open to close. There is plenty of street parking as well as ample FREE parking in the lot behind the shop. We are a Metaphysical shop located in Lewistown, PA. We have Reiki Healing, Life Coaching, and intuitive readings availible to help people on their own journies through life and spiritual matters.
