Need help moving furniture

Craigslist is so efficient. Hello, Please see the image posted for the area needing transport of a small amount of furniture. I have items in storage in Tempe that I need moved to West Central Phoenix (not sure this is the correct name for the area, hence the attached map). I have your basic round kitchen table, Three cabinets that measure around 3.5'x 3' x 3 each. a trunk that's roughly the same dimensions and a few wall decorations and mirrors, etc. The items should easily fit in a small pick-up truck but as some are breakable, I would need assurance that you'll have the proper cushioning and tie-downs to avoid damage. I'd like to make sure there are at least two people helping as I have had recent surgery preventing me from lifting or moving much of anything. I'd like to have this done as soon as possible but it will need to be between the hours of 11:00 am and 5:00 pm.Any day is fine. The trip shouldn't take more than 20 minutes and with two helpers, loading and unloading should take only one to two hours. Please go ahead and give me a quote as a response to this post and I'll get back to you. I will not low-ball anyone on the price but really have no idea what a fair price is. Thanks very much.
