Mid State Electric is hiring a full time Electrician to join the Team. Important characteristics include Attention to Detail, Trade Knowledge, Leadership, and Accountability. Seeking 2 years of experience in general electrical duties, general facilities service lighting, installs and maintains new electrical wiring, panel boards, switchgear, fuses, lighting fixtures ect. Ensures strict adherence to all safety rules and regulations. Core functions This position requires knowledge and skills typically demonstrated with 2 years of diversified work experience as an electrician. Must have working knowledge of electrical systems and components of residential and commercial settings. Must be able to exercise independent decision making and judgment in the performance of all duties. Must be proficient in understanding details related and required maintenance and construction documents. Preferred Qualifications 1-2 years of previous commercial work experience is preferred but not required. Previous construction experience is preferred.
