Hiring for TWO different positions! Shop/Yard Laborer We are seeking hard-working individuals to join our team as a Yard Laborers! You must enjoy working outside under sun and getting plenty of steps in each day. If you are motivated, organized, reliable and have a positive attitude, then this job is perfect for you! Your job will be to ensure that ALL striping crews have everything needed for each job daily. This will include driving to different supplies and stores to pick up materials, stocking trailers with buckets of paint, assisting the yard supervisor with building signs, creating stencil templates and MUCH MORE. No experience necessary. Paid on-the-job training. • Day shift: Days of the week vary (we operate 7 days per week) - could be scheduled 6 days per week • Hours: 8 AM – 5 PM (SOME Flexibility) • Pay Rate: $16 Per Hour (Weekly Pay) • Temp to Hire Requirements for Yard Laborer: • Ability to lift 60-80 lbs regularly • Stand, stoop, bend, pull • Some background restrictions may apply • Current & valid drivers license • Be able to work in a fast paced environment and take directions quickly • Must have reliable transportation • Must be prompt, reliable and hard-working Striping Crew We are seeking hard-working individuals to join our team as a Striping Crew! You will be part of a team that works directly with supporting managers and amazing co-workers. Striping crew members operate paint machines and layout or re-paint parking lot markings. You MUST HAVE the ULTIMATE flexibility with your schedule in this position! We operate 7 days a week on a varying schedules, depending on the time of year and temperature/weather. During the winter months (approx. late Nov. through mid Feb.) we are on a more traditional "day shift" with varied start time, based on work load and temperature. During the summer months (approx. late Feb. through mid-Nov.) we work a night/graveyard shift. There is NO set time off. Each shift is over once the work is complete. It is not unusual to work 6 days a week or 1 hour days during the summer. Please do NOT apply if you have scheduling conflicts, childcare concerns, transportation issues or you are unable to meet the varied scheduling demands.
