STAMFORD, CT — A Stamford man was arrested on Tuesday at the Stamford Train Station after police said he returned from Bridgeport looking to sell crack cocaine. Moses Williams, 67, was arrested and charged with possession of narcotics and possession with intent to sell, according to Capt. Richard Conklin of the Stamford Police Department. Conklin said the department's narcotics and organized crime squad received information from the public that Williams had gone to Bridgeport and was returning Tuesday evening via train "with an amount of crack cocaine he was hoping to sell." Police set-up at the train station and arrested Williams when he exited a train around 5:30 p.m. Tuesday, Conklin said, adding that officers found 22 bags of crack cocaine, an oxycodone pill and $259 in cash on Williams. Williams was given a written promise to appear in court.
