Press release from the Town of Grafton:
January 4, 2022 - 3:52pm
Due to staffing shortages caused by COVID-19, the Grafton Municipal Center will be closed from Wednesday, January 5, until Tuesday, January 18. During this period, Residents will not be able to enter the Municipal Center. All work for the Town will continue, with Staff working in a remote capacity.
Staff will continue to be available via email or phone to assist Residents with any issues they may have. If a meeting is required, you will be able to schedule a Zoom call directly with the necessary employee.
The Drop Boxes in front of the Municipal Center will continue to be utilized for all bill payments and documentation that needs to be delivered to Departments. If you plan to drop off documentation for a specific employee or department, please coordinate with them so that we ensure it is collected promptly.
A complete list of Department contact information can be found on the Town Website. Individual staff contact information can be found on their respective Department pages.
The Town will reassess its staffing capacities on Tuesday, January 18. After this assessment, a decision will be made on whether the Municipal Center will re-open or remain closed.
