NORWICH - A Norwich resident is $100,05 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in town earlier this week, according to the Connecticut Lottery. On January 3, Judith Amiot, of Norwich, purchased a Cash5 ticket from the Shri Harekrishna in Norwich and won $100,005.
