It's "Bette" Midler (nothing slips by your steel trap mind) and I agree with her. Joe Manchin is doing the exact opposite of what the clear majority of his constituents want him to do. Manchin is serving his own interests rather than doing what he was elected to do and represent the majority of his community. Manchin is using his power for his own gain. This is a criminal act and it contradicts his oath of office.
