Rehoming my guinea pig

Hello! I am looking to downsize and thus seeking a new home for my male, all-black guinea pig, Midnight. His fur is short and coarse, so I believe he is of the teddy bear breed. He's just under a year old, and a little on the small side. He has been around other guinea pigs before and has done well with them. He is a little on the shy side, but once you hold him, will happily sit in your lap and eat snacks from you. He squeaks loudly when he hears you coming, hoping for food. I am not asking a rehoming fee, just simply want him to go to a good home. If interested, please let me know a little about the life he would have. You will also need a cage for him. He will come with transition hay, pellets, and treats. Thank you!
